When you send an enquiry through this site we collect the details you type into the form — typically your name, email address, telephone number, the organisation you represent, the courses and dates you are interested in, and any message you add. We collect nothing else, and none of it is required unless the form marks it as such.
We use those details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry, confirm availability, and send you a quote and learner enrolment form. If you go on to enrol, the same details are used to administer your training, assessment and certification, and to report learner records to the ETDP SETA or QCTO where accreditation requires it.
The enquiry form on our contact page is hosted and processed by GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.), which acts as an operator on our behalf under section 20 of POPIA. Submissions are stored in our GoHighLevel account and are visible to the directors and administrator of Eagle's Wings. The form is embedded from GoHighLevel's servers, which means your submission is transmitted to and stored on their infrastructure, including outside South Africa.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. We share it only where we are required to by an accreditation body or by law.
The site carries a GoHighLevel chat widget so you can message us directly. The widget and the embedded form set cookies and similar local storage in your browser to keep your conversation open between page loads, remember whether you have already started a chat, and prevent duplicate form submissions. If you start a chat, the messages you send and the contact details you give in the chat are stored in the same GoHighLevel account as form enquiries.
Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment are kept for [CONFIRM WITH CLIENT], after which they are deleted from our GoHighLevel account. Learner records for completed training are kept for as long as the ETDP SETA, QCTO and South African law require us to hold them.
Under POPIA you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to us using it, and withdraw consent you have given. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
To make any of those requests, email our Information Officer using the details alongside. We will respond within a reasonable period, and we may ask you to confirm your identity first so that we do not disclose your information to someone else.
We take reasonable steps to keep personal information secure, and we limit access to it to the people who need it to run the training. Where we change this notice we will replace the version on this page; the date below tells you when it last changed.
